Time... yep, yep. It does. But it also gives us the ability to look at ourselves for the future. Love yourself babe! LOVE yourself! (and I don't mean in the "batteries not included" kind of way, although that's okay too...) hee..hee..
I remember the song "Reason to Believe" by Willson Phillips was my anthem during my breakup with my bf a gazillion years ago. Different situation but I can identify!I married him btw... ;)
I find that with good friends surrounding you, you always heal. They make you laugh when all you want to do is lie on the floor and cry.
pinkpiddypaws~i'm loving myself kitty. i am trying so hard to be positive and wake up viewing each day with "I'm going to have a good day today." sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. the "batteries not included" kind will come in handy for sure. hehekelly~awww that's so sweet. I have always admired you for your long marriage. it takes real work and dedication and strength.sid~so are so right. my friends might not always understand or agree with choices i've made, but they love me and always support me. I have decided it's because I am a good person and a good friend to my friends. sometimes I talk to someone and go from crying to laughing and back again. they give me strength. blogging has been good too.
